Psychoeducation often helps you know that what you are experiencing may be normal reactions to events like loss, trauma, or developmental changes.

Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes and how we respond to that trauma affects us and our loved ones. Sometimes untreated trauma can result in unhealthy coping strategies that present as addictive behaviors, PTSD, Phobias, chronic illness, Generalized Anxiety, OCD, Depression, or Personality Disorders.
